Job Title: Financial Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join a top-tier finance team and support strategic decision-makers. This role will focus on the Mortgage Solutions Finance team, providing analysis, reporting, and support for budgeting and forecasting. You'll collaborate with business units and help the C-suite and Private Equity owners assess financial performance while gaining exposure to the Commercial Tax business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with finance teams on planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
- Provide variance analysis and insights on financial performance.
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
- Develop financial models and KPIs to track revenue and margins.
- Lead capital planning, ROI analysis, and ad hoc financial projects.
- Simplify processes and improve forecasting accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Master’s preferred.
- 2 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Strong communication skills, able to present financial results to leadership.
- Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and analysis.
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase/SQL a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated annual pay range for this position is $90 - $100k. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
