Job Title: Financial Consultant - Big 4 CPA 

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Financial Consultant with a strong Big 4 CPA background and extensive expertise in the manufacturing industry, preferably in aerospace & defense. This role will focus on leading corporate-level audited financial statements, managing foreign currency transactions, overseeing foreign subsidiaries, and executing complex corporate consolidations with multiple international entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and audit of corporate-level financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations.
• Manage financial operations and reporting for multiple foreign subsidiaries, including foreign currency translation and risk management.
• Oversee corporate consolidations across international entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Implement process improvements and best practices in financial reporting, accounting, and consolidation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to streamline financial operations.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation required (Big 4 firm experience strongly preferred).
• 10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and corporate consolidations.
• Strong background in manufacturing, with aerospace & defense industry experience preferred.
• Expertise in foreign currency accounting, corporate consolidations, and managing financial operations for multiple foreign subsidiaries.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $80.00 - $150.00. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
