Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Title: Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst (3-6 month or longer) - Fully Onsite Project

Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Sr. Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to support our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and a keen eye for accuracy in financial transactions. This role involves managing invoicing, reconciling payments, and analyzing AR data to ensure timely collections and accurate reporting and streamlining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage outstanding receivables
• Process invoices, payments, and credit memos accurately.
• Reconcile AR accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues.
• Generate AR aging reports and provide insights into overdue accounts.
• Work closely with internal teams to validate data, resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer accounts.
• Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Dynamic GP, NetSuite) is a plus.

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
