Sign-on bonus Full-Time RN ONLY: $1,500
Pay for RN: $36 and up DOE
Night shifts usually run 6p to 6a, willing to accommodate other overnight schedule availability. Full and part-time available.
Nurses are responsible to
- Nurse must physically be able to go up and down flights of stairs quickly, bend and twist, and lift 50lbs
- Assess clients illness and injuries
- Medication management
- Perform basic waived tests (i.e. blood draws, urine analysis, covid test, rapid strep, urine drug and pregnancy screens)
- DOCUMENTATION progress notes, admission notes, and shift summaries in a timely manner
- Communicates effectively with other staff, clients, and parents/guardians
- Plan and implement nursing actions according to clients needs and formulate plan of care including discharge planning
- Comply with Joint Commission, State, and infection control policies
