As a Crew Lead, you'll oversee high-end residential landscape installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and with the highest level of craftsmanship. You'll be the hands-on leader of a talented crew, responsible for delivering exceptional outdoor living spaces.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee landscape installation projects, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Work hands-on alongside your team to install hardscapes, pavers, plantings, outdoor living features, and more
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure job site safety and adherence to company standards
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and high-quality results

What We're Looking For

• 5 or more years of experience in landscape installation, hardscapes, and outdoor living construction
• Expertise in pavers, planting, and outdoor structures
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Valid driver's license (Required)
• Experience operating landscape equipment and machinery
• Reliable, professional, and passionate about quality craftsmanship
