Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a fine dining or nightclub setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and wine pairings, to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining attention to detail.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Process payments accurately through the POS system, handling cash and credit transactions securely.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or food service is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
- Strong math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment.
