Malteurop North America is seeking Human Resources Intern who will be responsible for supporting a variety of duties within the Human Resources department including, but not limited to day-to-day general customer service, tracking, reporting, filing, assisting with the recruiting, onboarding, and training processes as well as special projects. The internship program offers students the opportunity to learn from and work with some of the best in the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company’s approach to payroll, recruiting, and employee relations.
- Post, update, and remove job posting from career sites and ATS system.
- Conduct phone screens for hourly positions and schedule applicant interviews with appropriate manager.
- File documents and answers employee inquiries.
- Participate in organizing company events and job fairs.
- Assist the HR department team in onboarding activities for new hires.
- Provide administrative support to HR team.
