Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage and facial treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement treatments.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist with hair services including hair extensions, threading, and eyelash extensions as needed.
• Promote spa services through effective sales techniques while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in salon software for efficient appointment management.
• Experience with hair extensions, hair threading, and eyelash extensions is advantageous.
• Strong sales skills to promote services and retail products effectively.
• Excellent guest service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Customer service expertise to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Knowledge of retail sales strategies to enhance product offerings to clients.
• Familiarity with straight razor techniques is a plus.
• Experience in tattooing can be beneficial but is not required.
