We are looking for a Bilingual QA and Safety Manager to lead our quality assurance and safety programs.

- Quality Assurance: Oversee QA processes to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Safety Management: Develop and maintain safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
- Training: Conduct training on safety protocols and quality standards for employees.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any quality or safety issues promptly, working with teams to improve processes.
- Documentation: Maintain records of audits, inspections, and safety training. Provide regular performance reports to management.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: At least 2 years in QA and safety management, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Korean and English (required).
- Education/Certifications: Relevant certifications in QA and safety management are a plus.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of QA processes and safety regulations (OSHA).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to train and educate staff on safety and quality standards.
