What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Spanish Office Specialist position at Vivian Vazquez?
We’re looking for a Bilingual Spanish Office Specialist to assist with various clerical and office support tasks. You’ll play a key role in managing department records and ensuring smooth office operations.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Every other Friday off)
Position Type: Temporary (6 Months)
What you get to do:
- Manage, organize, and dispose of department records.
- Operate office equipment such as computers, printers, fax machines, and scanners.
- Perform filing, sorting, and assist with creating and reviewing spreadsheets.
What we are looking for:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
- Typing speed of 40-50 WPM (Highly desirable)
- Experience with Laserfiche is a huge plus.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Pay: $19.73 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
