We’re looking for a Bilingual Spanish Office Specialist to assist with various clerical and office support tasks. You’ll play a key role in managing department records and ensuring smooth office operations.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Every other Friday off)
Position Type: Temporary (6 Months)

What you get to do:

  • Manage, organize, and dispose of department records.
  • Operate office equipment such as computers, printers, fax machines, and scanners.
  • Perform filing, sorting, and assist with creating and reviewing spreadsheets.

What we are looking for:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
  • Typing speed of 40-50 WPM (Highly desirable)
  • Experience with Laserfiche is a huge plus.

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Pay: $19.73 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)

Work Location: In person
