What we are looking for:
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in customer service (logistics experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and logistics software
