We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Professional to join our team for a 3-month assignment.
What you get to do:
- Process biweekly payroll for 100 employees using PAYCOR (ADP knowledge is considered an asset).
- Draft and manage job descriptions and job postings for open positions.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in the hiring process.
- Ensure all HR files are started, maintained, and updated in compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the return of company assets when an employee departs.
- Support HR initiatives to bring structure and improve office processes.
Position Details:
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Work Location: Fully in-office
- Duration: 3-month temporary assignment
What we are looking for:
- Prior HR experience, especially in payroll and recruitment, is essential.
- Familiarity with PAYCOR (or ADP) payroll systems is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
