- Pack parts and prepare them for shipping
- Print UPS labels and ensure timely dispatch
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Manage purchase orders (POs), check stock, and confirm shipping dates
- Generate order acknowledgments for customers
What we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage shipping tasks and handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Basic knowledge of shipping processes (UPS labels, packing)
- Customer service experience is a plus
