Responsibilities of the Office Manager position include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating activities of accounts payable and accounts receivable clerks.
- Assist customers over the phone, via email, or in the store with billing questions.
- Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as refunds, funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
- Checks statements with invoices, makes sure accounts balance with statements.
- Run daily reports including purchase journals, returns journal, and posts.
- Manage delinquent accounts.
- Oversees bi-monthly statement printing.
- Reconciles credit card reports.
- Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Evaluates office production, revises procedures, or devises new forms to improve efficiency of workflow.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
Qualified Office Manager candidates will possess the following:
Customer service skills, data entry skills, great communication skills, organization skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Schedule:
- 8-hour day shift Monday to Friday
- Holidays required as well as overtime and weekends when necessary
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks (Preferred)
- Accounts payable experience (Preferred)
Education:
- Associate degree (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
