Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive shopping environment for our customers. You will assist them in finding the products they need, providing product knowledge, and ensuring they leave our store satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store and over the phone.
- Recommend products based on customer needs.
- Enter orders for delivery and pick-up on a computer using our custom point-of-sale software.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Stay informed about product features and benefits to provide expert guidance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Restock and arrange merchandise displays.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Exhibit compassion and empathy for all of life's celebrations.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand on their feet and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
- Ability to lift and carry 10 pounds.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
