What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative / Receptionist position at Vivid Ink Graphics?
Vivid Ink Graphics is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering/directing phone calls, contacting and responding to customers about their projects, and updating project statuses in our computer system. Other duties include invoicing, light bookkeeping, and supplies ordering. This is a full-time position; the hours are M-F, 8am-5pm.
Applicants must have computer experience including Microsoft Office, a positive attitude, and must love helping customers. Applicants must also be responsible, dependable, organized, and be able to communicate clearly and pleasantly on the phone, through email, and in person.
