What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Administration Specialist position at Vivid Print Apparel?
We are looking for an Order Administration Specialist to act as the main point contact between the company and our customers. The Order Administration Specialist will nurture and maintain relationships with customers and ensuring that delivery and quality thresholds are met.
Who is Tri Five (Vivid Print Apparel)? Located in South-Lexington (off BlueSky Parkway), with great proximity to Interstate 75, Vivid Print Apparel is a 100% Employee-Owned contract screen printing company. With approximately 60 employees in total, we hire candidates for a variety of positions, both skilled and entry-level.

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter orders into the system based on PO or direct customer request.
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and pre-production, production and post-production departments.
- Provide resolution to issues with orders/shipments.
- Follow up on any misprints or discrepancies, both internally and with customers.
- Ensure the workspace is clean.
- Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
Most areas of our facility are not temperature-controlled and can be excessively hot/cold at times depending on the outside temperature. We operate out of three buildings, going back and forth between these buildings is probable. During these occasions, there is exposure to the elements. There are fumes from inks and other industry related chemicals. Proper PPE is available. There are some loud noises, but not excessively loud. Automatic, moving machines are present in various departments.
Skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (such as NetSuite or Microsoft AZ) is a bonus.
- Ability to perform the essential functions in the work environment (outlined and defined above).
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Previous experience in the screen-printing/embroidery industry preferred but not required.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity and previous use of MS Office products.
- Ability to operate efficiently and accurately, often at a fast pace.
