Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Cultivation Associate to join our licensed cannabis manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for maintaining plant health, implementing cultivation protocols, and ensuring compliance with state regulations while maximizing crop quality and yield.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain plant health throughout all growth stages
- Execute daily cultivation tasks including watering, feeding, pruning, and plant maintenance
- Follow nutrient schedules and mixing protocols
- Monitor environmental conditions
- Identify and report any signs of pests, disease, or plant health issues
- Maintain detailed cultivation records in compliance with state regulations
- Perform plant maintenance including defoliation, topping, and training
- Support harvesting and processing activities
- Clean and sanitize growing areas according to protocols
- Maintain mother plants and support cloning operations
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems
- Follow integrated pest management (IPM) protocols
- Support tissue culture and genetic preservation programs
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain and maintain required state badges/permits for cannabis industry work / Background Check -$75.00 / Fingerprint - $43.00
- 1 year of commercial cultivation experience (cannabis preferred)
- Understanding of environmental control systems
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous commercial cannabis cultivation experience
- Knowledge of state cannabis regulations
- Experience with environmental control systems

Physical Requirements

- Monday-Friday 7am-3.30pm (2 openings)
- Tuesday to Saturday 7 am to 3.30 pm (2 openings)
