Job Title: Hash Washing Technician
Schedule: Thursday – Sunday, 10-hour shifts
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Hash Washing Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is essential to our extraction process, with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and consistency. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and execution of hash washing
- Handle and lift materials weighing 50–60 lbs regularly
- Monitor and record process data with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines at all times
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Physically capable of lifting 50–60 lbs on a regular basis
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow precise procedures
- Basic math skills (weights, measurements, timing, etc.)
- Good note-taking and record-keeping abilities
- Prior experience in hash washing or cannabis processing is a plus, but not required
