SKILLS & EXPERINCE
- Substantial experience in customer-facing project management roles at automotive Tier 1
- Strong understanding of automotive development processes.
- Technical background in ADAS and sensor applications (Radar or LiDAR).
- Leadership skills to effectively represent customer needs within development.
- Experience in the automotive industry, working directly with OEMs and/or Tier 1 suppliers.
- Ability to balance technical insights with customer expectations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Engineering degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D. preferred).
- Previous experience as an Applications Engineer, Project Manager, or similar customer-facing technical role.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 partners, aligning on needs and requirements.
- Drive development from pre-A-samples to production, ensuring smooth progress.
- Assess and prioritize feature timelines, balancing feasibility and project constraints.
- Identify optimization opportunities, providing insights on trade-offs.
- Lead the creation of a customer-focused project team.
- Travel to customer sites for engineering discussions, product demos, and feedback sessions.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable requirements for the development team.
- Prioritize and decide on feature inclusion based on customer insights and project milestones.
- Present updates and product details in a clear, engaging manner for stakeholders.
