Key Responsibilities
As our SoC Design Lead, you will :
Build and Lead : Assemble and guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Architect and Design : Take SoCs from concept to production, with a focus on high performance and low power consumption.
Collaborate with Partners : Work closely with design houses and external partners to successfully execute SoC development projects.
Optimize Performance : Analyze CPU, GPU, and system-level microarchitectural features and workloads to maximize SoC performance and efficiency.
Ensure Industry Compliance : Ensure all designs meet automotive industry standards, including functional safety requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in SoC architecture and design , especially for DSPs and GPUs.
Strong technical expertise in optimizing SoC performance and efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to lead and grow engineering teams, with a focus on collaboration and results.
Experience working with external design houses and managing end-to-end SoC development processes.
Knowledge of automotive industry standards and functional safety requirements is a strong plus.
