Job Summary :
The Director, IT Business Partner will lead strategic IT initiatives that empower the drug discovery organization to achieve scientific and business goals. This role is a key position within IT, acting as the primary liaison between IT and the scientific research teams. The Director will ensure alignment of IT capabilities with the needs of R&D, drive cross-functional projects, and oversee a portfolio of applications critical to drug discovery efforts.
The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of the drug discovery process with strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to deliver impactful technology solutions.

- Serve as a strategic partner to drug discovery leaders, aligning IT initiatives with R&D objectives to enable innovation and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a long-term IT strategy and roadmap that supports the scientific and business goals of the organization.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies in drug discovery and champion their adoption.

Pay & Benefits :
The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $210,000 depending on relevant skills, competencies, experience, and education. In addition, this position is eligible for target bonus, long-term-incentives, 401k retirement savings plan with company match, and a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
