Job Summary :
The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with quantitative LC-MS / MS assay development and validation. The position will be responsible for developing and validating fit-for-purpose assays to measure protein biomarkers for future clinical trials and building out workflows to enable FFPE tissue and plasma biomarker discovery and quantification. This position will work closely with our proteomics, translational, and clinical biomarker teams.
Requirements :
Education and Experience requirements :
- PhD in analytical chemistry or related fields
- Required technical skills include targeted LC-MS / MS assay development and validation. Experience with Thermo Orbitrap instruments and Skyline are a plus
- Ability to process different sample types including fresh frozen tissues, FFPE biopsies, tumor biopsies, PBMCs, and / or plasma
- Experience with proteomics is a plus

Pay & Benefits :
The expected compensation for this position is between $80,000 to $90,000 per year commensurate with experience.
