Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, evaluating and effectively directing the clinical staff and program to ensure the delivery of high quality resident care and services consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
- Collaborate with other departmental managers to make operational and programming decisions to promote the health and wellness of all residents.
- Works closely with the Executive Director, Clinical Consultant of Housing, Wellness Director, Chef Manager, Life Enhancement Coordinator, nursing staff, residents and families, and the medical community. Has direct supervision of RNs and LPNs as well as direct and indirect supervision of Care Attendants
Salary : $43 - $50
