Schedule: Premium Weekends | 72 hours per pay period | 6:30pm-7:00am | Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night | 3 out of 4 weekends per month a higher holiday rotation | $25/hr!!!

As a Nursing Assistant at Vivie, you will:
- Provide hands-on care—assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each resident’s Plan of Care.
- Support daily well-being—offering meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement.
- Monitor and report changes—taking vital signs, observing skin conditions, and noting behavioral or physical changes to the nursing team.
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment—assisting with transfers, positioning, and rehabilitation procedures while upholding dignity and independence.
- Create a home-like atmosphere—helping residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives.
- Assist with team development—mentoring new employees and contributing to a positive, collaborative culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care.
This job also requires:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Minnesota.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Clear and compassionate communication abilities.
- A commitment to serving with excellence and integrity.
- Ability to pass a state-required background study.
- Physical ability to perform the duties required by the position.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents, and visitors.
