Schedule: Part-time | Every other weekend, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm & every 4th Friday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm | Includes holiday rotation and opportunity to pick up additional hours

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Answer concierge desk telephone in a timely and professional manner using the Walker Methodist standard greeting.
Monitor exits through cameras on the concierge desk computer.
Alert other team members when an alarm (fire panel or nurse call system) requires attention.
Forward calls to the appropriate resident or team member.
Greet and sign-in visitors, vendors, volunteers, contractors, and others and assist in directing them to their destination or individual.
Interact with residents and guest and assist them as needed.
Deliver packages or mail to the correct individuals.
Provide support to residents, team members, and guests as directed by supervisor.
Be familiar with emergency policies and procedures, as well as update contents as directed by community leaders/Emergency Preparedness manager.
Maintain designated records and logs of daily occurrences.
Notify supervisor of unusual occurrences that could place a resident, visitor, team member, and/or the community at risk.
Maintain confidentiality of resident information at all times.
Update spreadsheets with key resident information to support the overall operations of the community.
Update and maintain the community specific channel that streams into resident apartments and common areas, as available.
Follow policies and procedures for quality of life, person-centered care, and trauma informed care according to role specific responsibilities.
Responsible for assisting in building wide and surrounding area search in the event of a missing resident or suspected missing resident.
Other duties as assigned.
