Creative Operations & Digital Assets Manager
Role Overview : The Creative Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency, organization, and innovation within the creative team. This position bridges the gap between creative vision and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration, timely delivery of projects, and adherence to budget and quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and is passionate about empowering creative teams to produce their best work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business goals.
- Budget Management : Track project budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure financial accountability. The ideal candidate should have experience managing significant budgets and a solid understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles. This will enable effective communication and collaboration with the finance team.
- Workflow Optimization : Work with the Project Management team to develop, implement, and refine processes to enhance team productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
- Resource Allocation : Help manage team bandwidth, assign projects, and coordinate with freelancers, vendors, or cross-functional teams as needed.
- Tool and System Management : Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate, implement, and maintain tools and platforms that improve asset management and workflow efficiency.
- Quality Assurance : Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet creative standards and brand guidelines.
- Collaboration : Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and expectations.
- Team Development : Support the growth of the creative team by identifying training opportunities, fostering a positive culture, and mentoring junior team members.
- Reporting and Analytics : Measure the effectiveness of creative processes and deliver insights for continuous improvement.
