As a Sales Representative at Vivint Smart Home, you will be at the forefront of helping customers transform their homes into smarter, safer, and more efficient spaces. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions featuring Vivint’s cutting-edge smart home technology.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify new leads, build a pipeline of prospective customers, and establish relationships to generate sales opportunities while going door to door.
- Product Presentations: Educate customers on Vivint’s smart home solutions, including security systems, cameras, smart locks, thermostats, and energy management solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to enhance their home’s safety, convenience, and energy efficiency.
- Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Follow-up & Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Proactively track your sales performance and take the necessary steps to reach your targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Vivint’s smart home technology and industry trends to provide expert-level knowledge to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the local sales team, installers, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
