We are excited to announce an opportunity for a visionary Director Member Experience to lead the patient experience journey. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with providing strategic direction, operational leadership, and overall guidance for our member experience team. Your efforts will focus on refining and implementing a comprehensive Member Experience strategy aimed at enhancing member satisfaction and improving the scalability of our membership function. This role requires a strategic leader with strong experience in operations, patient care coordination and understanding of specialty drug benefits. You will also play a key role in creating a cohesive roadmap in partnership with internal stakeholders, including Clinical, Customer Success, Sales, Tech and Finance.

Job Description
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute strategies to enhance the member experience, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.Operational Management : Oversee operations related to member services, ensuring efficient and effective processes. Highly comfortable with change and managing it effectively.Process Improvement : Strong understanding of process design. Proven ability to learn existing processes while identifying gaps and building improvements.Member Engagement : Drive initiatives to enhance member experience and satisfaction through innovative programs and services.Rx Management : Lead the implementation and ensure the success of the full Rx management solutions, ensuring they meet member needs.Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a team, fostering a culture of excellence, results and continuous improvement.Compliance : Ensure all member experience operations and Rx programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including Customer Success, Clinical, Finance, and IT, to support member experience initiatives.Reporting : Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO and senior leaders on member experience metrics and performance.Culture Champion : Embraces and shares the Core Values of VIVIO with enthusiasm!Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Experience : 6 years of experience in leadership roles focused on member experience, with increasing responsibilities and a record of delivering impactful results. Prior experience leading the patient experience journey a strong plus.Preferred Industries : Strong preference in Pharmacy Benefits Management, and / or Specialty Pharmacy Patient Care Coordination. Must have pharmacy or healthcare industry experience. Experience in a healthcare start-up or entrepreneurial environment is a plus.Exceptional drive for developing and improving operational processes and projects. Healthcare operations experience.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills.Proven ability to assess organization strengths and gaps and motivate individuals and teams to embrace and meet objectives that drive positive member experiences.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Proficiency in relevant software and technology.Travel as needed for team meetings or customer visits.Personal Attributes :
