The Solar Canvassing Manager will focus on leading appointment setting efforts in the area that they are assigned. You will be going door-door to build interest in solar and help customers save money on their electric bill. As you build results and show that you understand the system, we will assist you in building your local team and helping them be successful as well. Your focus should be not only in getting results but also helping those you lead to become successful and change their lives.
Solar Canvassing Manager Responsibilities include…
- Knocking door-to-door to find interested and qualified homeowners (outside/direct sales)
- Confirming appointments for our sales closers to educate the homeowners on their free solar proposal
- Building the foundation of a strong relationship with the homeowners
- Giving solar expertise and value to customers in order to help them understand the benefits of switching to solar energy
- Attend sales team meetings
- Recuit/Hire/ Train qualified sales reps
- Lead team meetings
- Hold reps on their team accountable

Compensation:
- Salary Commission Overrides
Requirements:
- Valid US driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ambitious sales attitude and coachable
- Experience in solar or door-door
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
