Job Description:
As an RN Unit Manager, you will play a vital role as part of our Nursing Administrative Team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating the delivery of exceptional nursing care to our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and positively impact the lives of residents. Your key duties will include:
Patient Care Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor patient needs, ensuring high-quality care and guidance.
Symptom Observation & Communication: Observe and interpret patient symptoms, working closely with physicians to provide the best possible care.
Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
Routine Procedures & Documentation: Perform routine nursing procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient charts and records.
Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while ensuring patient safety.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have:
Active RN License in the state of Florida.
Prior experience working in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting.
Strong leadership abilities and experience in motivating and directing a team.
A passion for delivering exceptional nursing care and improving patient well-being.
