Job Description:
As an RN Weekend Supervisor at Meadows Center for Nursing and Healing, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your key responsibilities include:
Compliance Oversight: Ensure that nursing staff, CNAs, and other medical professionals follow proper protocols and maintain high standards of care.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Lead and participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings to ensure that all aspects of care are met.
Care Plan Management: Address triggered indicators within the Care Plan and make necessary adjustments.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with caregivers and other disciplines to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare Quality Measure/Quality Indicator reports to track patient progress and outcomes.
Educational Leadership: Implement educational programs to ensure nursing staff are equipped with up-to-date knowledge and skills.
Staff Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to the nursing team, fostering professional growth and a positive work culture.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who:Hold an active Florida RN license.
Have experience in long-term care or nursing home settings.
Possess clinical and leadership skills.
Are passionate about delivering patient-centered care.
Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
