Family Practice / Internal Medicine Physician – Full-Time Permanent Position
Location : Beverly Hills, CA
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Beverly Hills. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, contribute to clinical excellence, and collaborate in improving healthcare delivery.
Schedule :
Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 A.M. - 5 : 00 P.M.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide primary care services, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing, and implementing treatment plans.
- Order and interpret laboratory, x-ray, and other diagnostic tests, adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Serve as a resource for patients and families, assisting them in navigating the healthcare system and addressing concerns.
- Mentor and collaborate with student and resident physicians, as well as clinical and support staff, regarding patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and the establishment of clinical standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to address clinical concerns and identify opportunities for improving patient care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements and the development of best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new clinic programs and assume leadership roles in healthcare initiatives and projects.
- Identify and address staff training needs, working to create and deliver relevant training opportunities.
