Job Responsibilities :
Provide mental health assessments and evaluations to clients.
Develop, implement, and manage treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of psychology.
Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
Educate patients and their families on psychological issues and treatment options.
Essential Qualifications :
Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Licensed as a LPCC, MFT, LCSW, or PsyD
Strong understanding of psychological theories and practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desired Experience :
Minimum of 2 of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
Experience with diverse populations and various psychological conditions preferred.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
