Primary responsibilities:
- Managing lead setters and closers in order to provide feedback by identifying performance gaps and training needs for lead setters and closers
- optimize determination of capabilities, allocation of tasks, direction, support, guidance, motivation, and management of performance
- provide effective feedback to ensure optimal performance
- recognize what motivates your team, expressing gratitude for efforts and rewards achievements
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience (3 years required)
- Sales experience (3 years required)
- Management experience in training, coaching or mentoring other individuals
- Door to Door sales experience(preferred)
Compensation:
- Salary or commission (whichever is greater!)
- Top earnings per year: 250,000
- Average earnings per year: 125,000
- Lowest earnings per year: $38,000
