This position is onsite in Goodfield, IL with working hours Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

- Marketplace Management & Strategy: Oversee the day-to-day operations, strategic direction, and compliance of Amazon marketplaces. Ensure marketplace policies are followed, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales and operational efficiency
- Marketplace & Competitor Research: Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and trends to identify market shifts, potential risks, and strategic opportunities
- Amazon Shipment Management: Create shipment plans to Amazon fulfillment centers, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stockouts
- At-Risk Inventory Monitoring: Collaborate with the Advertising team to track at-risk inventory, adjust promotional strategies, and optimize sell-through rates
- Weekly Contribution-to-Change (CTC) Review: Analyze marketplace movers and shakers to identify key drivers behind sales fluctuations. Assess the impact of factors like ad spend, traffic, and conversion rates, and determine if any strategic adjustments are needed
- Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning: Collaborate with the Forecast Analyst and Purchasing Manager to develop demand forecasts for each marketplace, ensuring inventory levels align with sales trends and growth opportunities
- Cost Assumption Modeling: Maintain and update marketplace-specific cost assumptions, including Amazon fees, shipping rates, currency exchange impacts, tariffs and duties
- Catalog Management & Product Selection: Manage the selection and maintenance of the product catalog for marketplaces, ensuring compliance with local regulations and marketplace policies. Optimize product listings and identify opportunities to enhance marketplace performance
- Marketplace Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain reports on marketplace conditions, sales, and other key performance indicators. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketplace performance
- Partner & Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key partners, including third-party warehouses, carriers, and Amazon account representatives, to ensure smooth operations in each marketplace
