Vivos Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Records and Imaging Specialist.
Job Summary:
The Records and Imaging Specialist is a self-motivated individual who is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing 3D and 2D patient records for Vivos Integrated Providers worldwide. These records are then used by clinicians for diagnosis, identifying treatment objectives, establishing treatment plans, and research and development. This individual has critical thinking skills, has an eye for detail, and can maintain the ability to work with minimal supervision while working in a high-pressure and dynamic environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and take measurements on 2D and 3D .dcm and .stl files craniofacial radiography images using state of the art 3D medical imaging software
- Compile finalized images into a cloud-based software program and PowerPoint presentations for medical records, educational presentations and for patient diagnosis and treatment planning purposes
- Offer basic support to Vivos Integrated Providers on quality of records and on best practices for imaging
- Collaborate with peers to problem solve new technologies and enhance the Airway Intelligence Service
- Opportunities to participate in research and development projects pertaining to the Airway Intelligence Service
- Other duties as assigned
Key Competencies:
- Strong proficiencies with working with computers, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Highly resourceful team player with the ability to be extremely effective independently, reliability and time management is a must.
- Adaptable and flexible; able to handle various competing demands
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in radiology, 3D imaging software or currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in relevant field of health sciences helpful.
- Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and company initiatives.
- Good written communication skills
- Experience in Dentistry a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Knowledge of anatomy, especially facial anatomy
- Familiarity with radiology imaging and terminology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
