Key Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and/or Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations to ensure compliance within the IAE portfolio of systems.
- Translate statutory and regulatory policy into functional requirements and guidance for SAM.gov and FPDS.gov systems.
- Communicate policy interpretations and system functionality clearly through both written and oral communication to various stakeholders.
- Use software applications, such as word processing and spreadsheets, to document, analyze, and present regulatory and policy-related data.
- Serve as a resource on regulatory compliance, advising teams on policy implications for system functionalities.
Skills/Qualifications Required
- Strong working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations as applicable to the IAE portfolio.
- Ability to interpret and connect regulatory policy to the functionality in SAM.gov and FPDS.gov.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a policy analyst, government contracts manager, or in a related field.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as word processors and spreadsheets.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and policy communication.
