These factories deliver AI / ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain, and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare, and Civilian Agencies Job Summary : The Senior-Level Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining enterprise network infrastructure solutions. This role requires expertise with modern hardware and software-defined networking components and solutions. The engineer will use current automation technologies and techniques for deployment and sustainment, including metrics and monitoring. Key Responsibilities : Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure solutions. Utilize modern hardware and software-defined networking components and solutions. Implement automation technologies and techniques for deployment and sustainment. Manage IP Address Management (IPAM), load-balancers, firewalls, proxies, taps, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the network. Stay current with industry trends and emerging networking technologies. Skills / Qualifications Requirement : Clearance requirement : Active TS SCI Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience or a master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Senior-level expertise in network infrastructure solutions. Strong knowledge of modern hardware and software-defined networking components. Experience with automation technologies and techniques for deployment and sustainment. Proficiency in IP Address Management (IPAM), load-balancers, firewalls, proxies, taps, etc. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must be willing to obtain the required DoD-D 8140 Cyber Workforce certification within 6 months of notification. Place of Performance : Onsite 5 days a week Omaha, Nebraska Airforce base Certification : An active intermediate or higher Networking Vendor certification (i.e. : Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Juniper Junos Associate, etc.) is required.
