These factories deliver AI / ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain, and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare, and Civilian Agencies Job Summary : The Senior-Level Virtualization Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining hyper-converged enterprise infrastructure solutions. This role requires expertise with Broadcom's VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) platform, and Omnissa Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies, including Horizon, App Volumes, and Workspace ONE. Key Responsibilities : Design, implement, and maintain hyper-converged enterprise infrastructure solutions. Work with Broadcom's VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) platform. Manage Omnissa Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies, including Horizon, App Volumes, and Workspace ONE. Troubleshoot and resolve complex virtualization issues. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of virtualized environments. Stay current with industry trends and emerging virtualization technologies. Skills / Qualifications Requirement : Clearance requirement : Active TS SCI Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience or a master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Senior-level expertise in virtualization technologies. Strong knowledge of hyper-converged infrastructure solutions. Experience with the VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) platform. Proficiency in Omnissa Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies, including Horizon, App Volumes, and Workspace ONE. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must be willing to obtain the required DoD-D 8140 Cyber Workforce certification within 6 months of notification. Place of Performance : Onsite 5 days a week Omaha, Nebraska Airforce base Certification : An active intermediate-level or higher certification such as VMware Certified Professional or equivalent certification from other virtualization vendors is required.
