Viwinco is searching for an Inside Sales Representative to prepare, manage, and provide accurate quotes for products or services to potential clients, ensuring alignment with the company's pricing strategies, customer requirements, and business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams, procurement, and other departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of quotes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales Leadership on potential large jobs.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, manage orders, and address concerns.
- Build rapport with prospects, answer questions, and provide detailed product information.
- Complete quotes from suppliers to ensure pricing accuracy, inclusivity of all requested items, and adherence to required timeframes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products/services and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Assist the sales department with technical inquiries to facilitate accurate designs for customers.
- Ensure quote requests are received completely and correctly.
- Coordinate with shipping and manufacturing to schedule all direct ship jobs.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of the company’s products or services to meet customer needs.
- Update customer information and track sales activity within a CRM system.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations over the phone or through email.
- Participate in and function as a member of Viwinco Sales Leadership, including meetings, collaborations, leading by example, and goal setting.
- Travel for meetings and in-market locations based on development needs.
- Perform all other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the building material industry and customer service. Windows experience is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and decipher blueprints.
- Resilience: Ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges.
- Time Management: Effectively manage a high volume of leads and sales calls.
