About The Internship
As a Bilingual Business Intern at Viwinco, you will gain valuable experience supporting various business functions, including Human Resources and Training. This role will provide exposure to key business processes, data management, employee engagement, and administrative support while utilizing bilingual communication skills to assist both English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
📍 Location: 851 Hemlock Road, Morgantown, PA
📅 Duration: Approximately 10 weeks (May – August 2025)
💰 Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide your own housing.

Internship Responsibilities
- Assist with HR processes such as onboarding, employee record management, and HRIS data entry.
- Support business operations by gathering and analyzing data for reporting and process improvements.
- Communicate with employees and applicants to provide bilingual support on company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with departments on training and development initiatives.
- Help coordinate and execute company events and engagement activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks, document organization, and workflow improvements.
- Provide translation and interpretation support as needed.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that align with business goals.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
