Duties
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems effectively.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Support the dental team by managing patient records and appointments if applicable.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall office efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Strong customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
