Our Sales Advisors have the ability to substantially impact our business clients' financial well-being and protect them from unexpected losses and setbacks. This opening is for Employee Benefits and Individual Health Insurance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive prospecting and sales plan that will help drive sales
• Engage in prospecting and business development
• Acquire new accounts and retain clients, working in partnership with a service-oriented team
• Utilize a unique structured sales process which differentiates us from other agencies
• Align clients with the right insurer while providing a consultative approach
• Develop a strong knowledge of our resources and services and promote cross selling opportunities
• Advance toward becoming a Vizance shareholder

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales and outside sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and support
• Proficiency in sales administration and analysis
• Familiarity with marketing and benefits administration
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and telemarketing practices
