Vizance is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Racine or Hartland team!

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business. Respond to client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Policy Management: Analyze and evaluate clients' insurance needs to design insurance solutions. Review and update insurance policies. Assist clients in policy renewals.
- Carrier Communication: Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy documents. Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and changes in personal lines insurance regulations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO VIZANCE
- Two or more years of Personal Lines experience in an insurance agency
- Valid WI Property and Casualty insurance license, preferred
- Knowledge of Applied Epic is helpful, but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Desire to be part of a growing team
