Salary : $47,000 to $54,000, depending on experience

We are a subspecialty model dedicated to the practice of gastrointestinal pathology with GI subspecialty-trained and experienced pathologists and histotechnicians focused exclusively on GI specimens to ensure the highest level of quality. VIZIA is a growing company with potential advancement into other surgical pathology specialties, including a more robust genitourinary practice.

Position Summary :
VIZIA Diagnostics is seeking a dynamic and creative Customer Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This role combines innovative outreach strategies with inside sales efforts to build and nurture relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the anatomic pathology market by understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance.
b. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, resolving issues, complaints, and questions in a timely manner
a. Assist in the development and execution of innovative outreach strategies to engage with new and existing customers.
b. Create and implement engaging content for email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels
a. Identify and qualify sales leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, working closely with the sales team to develop tailored sales strategies and proposals.
b. Present and promote our products and services to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
4. Product Knowledge
a. Develop a deep understanding of the company's product and service offerings to provide expert guidance to customers.
b. Stay informed about product updates, features, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable support.
5. Reporting and Analysis
a. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and support activities to be provided to the Customer Engagement leadership team and other stakeholders.
b. Utilize customer data and analytics to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
