Analyst - Accounts Receivable

Summary:

In this role, you will perform complex analysis and research related to Client Contact information, Collections, Cash, Billing, and Contracts. You will maintain accurate client records in the accounting ERP system. You will work with clients to collect past due payments by keeping accurate records of collection activities in the ERP. You will collaborate with the Collection Manager, the Product Delivery and Client Management teams to support collection efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Add and maintain customer records in Workday.
• Work with the membership team to review and validate new customer records.
• Monitor the AR support mailbox and log client inquiries for resolution with the
  appropriate teams.
• Maintain customer netting rules that allow customer invoices to be netted with rebate
  payments.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts for collection of past due invoices.
• Analyze all disputes accurately and timely to ensure effective and prompt
  communication and resolutions.
• Facilitate strong communications between the client and the Vizient product delivery and
  client management teams, cash, and billing to collect payments.
• Manage personal targets to ensure collectability within the set of company goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in Workday for collection information.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience in collections or accounts receivable required.
• Experience with collections in a hospital environment ideal.
• Experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
