Summary :
In this role, you will assist Category Managers with managing and developing contract strategies for the Indirect category. You will manage the portfolio administrative functions and coordinate the fulfillment of the contract requirements. This role will also respond to and bring resolution to all pricing, process, and contract related inquiries.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate portfolio administrative functions to fulfill contract requirements and support overall portfolio management.
- Review and update contract lists and communication materials to ensure accurate client communications.
- Assist in preparing supplier meeting agendas, business reviews, value proposals, and category insights.
- Track and report contract savings based on established protocols.
- Maintain supplier and vendor data by completing requests for contract set-up and updates.
- Manage the contracting database to locate, view, and track contracts efficiently.
- Conduct basic market research and assessments to support category strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracting compliance and process improvements.

Estimated Hiring Range :
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
