Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

Responsibilities
- Manage the program’s structure, processes, and procedures to achieve objectives, with supervision, while tracking success metrics, revenue, and sales performance.
- Provide training to internal and external stakeholders on program components and serve as an operational liaison to address questions on sales opportunities and program impacts.
- Support contracting teams in negotiating contracts, driving utilization, and onboarding members while engaging councils and panels to gather feedback, support contracting decisions, and share best practices.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching member and supplier targets, analyzing market trends, and conducting market basket analysis to drive cost savings and business conversion to Vizient programs.
- Manage and resolve member and supplier issues, adjustments, and ad hoc requests, while monitoring goal achievement, including financial incentives, participation, and contract utilization.
- Strengthen partnerships by scheduling and participating in periodic business reviews with key suppliers, distributors, and members.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in program management, business development, or strategic operations, with strong knowledge of RFP management, contract utilization, and supplier engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including market research, financial analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and resolve member/supplier issues effectively.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, working with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and supplier teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and CRM/project management platforms.
- Willingness to travel.
