Summary:
In this role, you will expand the Vizient Reserve program by engaging new members, educating stakeholders, and driving program growth. This role requires a strong background in value analysis, excellent public speaking skills, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the field team to position and promote Vizient Reserve effectively. You will also have some interaction with suppliers to enhance program value.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Maintain a sales pipeline, track membership and revenue goals, and provide updates.
- Align outreach efforts with internal teams (field, marketing, leadership) to maximize engagement.
- Serve as the primary contact for members, ensuring they understand program value.
- Create promotional and training materials for internal and external audiences.
- Conduct webinars, presentations, and industry events to boost awareness.
- Engage with suppliers to enhance program value and member experience.
- Monitor success metrics, analyze market trends and feedback, and refine strategies.
- Conduct business reviews to assess impact and identify improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of experience in value analysis, healthcare supply chain, or a related field required.
- Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on business development, sales, or program management highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of value analysis principles and their application in healthcare decision-making highly preferred.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft PowerPoint highly preferred.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and driving program growth preferred.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute growth plans.
- Willingness to travel.

Salary : $88,900 - $155,500
